1. Definiciones
- Service provider: {siteName}
- Customer: any person using the service
- Service: calculation and delivery of a radio code based on a PRE code
- PRE code: unique identification code on the radio unit
2. Aplicabilidad
These terms apply to all orders via CodigoRadioRenault.es.
3. El servicio
CodigoRadioRenault.es calcula el código de radio correspondiente basándose en el código PRE introducido por el cliente.
4. Entrega
Tras el pago exitoso, el código de radio se calcula automáticamente y se envía a la dirección de correo electrónico proporcionada en 60 segundos.
5. Precios y pago
All prices include VAT. Payment is made immediately upon ordering.
6. Garantía y reembolso
If the code is incorrect, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 14 days.
No refund if:
- Customer entered incorrect PRE code
- Radio is defective
- Radio unit not supported by PRE code system
- Maximum incorrect attempts reached
7. Derecho de desistimiento (consumidores)
Para los servicios digitales entregados inmediatamente, el derecho de desistimiento expira una vez completado el servicio.
8. Responsabilidad
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
9. Propiedad intelectual
All content on CodigoRadioRenault.es is the property of the service provider.
10. Derecho aplicable y disputas
All agreements are governed by applicable law.
11. Modificaciones
The service provider reserves the right to change these terms.
